La 18° edizione dell’European Short Film Festival di Nizza Un Festival c’est trop court! si svolgerà a Nizza dal 12 al 19 ottobre 2018.

La direzione del Festival ha dato al coreografo Éric Oberdorff / Compagnie Humaine la CARTE BLANCHE (carta bianca) affinché possa fare una programmazione di videodanza. La Madrina di questa prima edizione di Carte Blanche sarà la coreografa Joëlle Bouvier.

Condizioni di ammissibilità:

  • Iscrizioni aperte a tutti i cortometraggi che utilizzano la danza e il movimento nel proprio prodotto o come processo narrativo. I video clip e i documentari non sono accettati.
  • Durata : inferiore o uguale a 20 minuti
  • Iscrizioni aperte a cortometraggi europei e coproduzioni provenienti dai seguenti paesi: Albania, Germania, Andorra, Austria, Belgio, Bielorussia, Bosnia-Erzegovina, Bulgaria, Cipro, Croazia, Danimarca, Spagna, Estonia, Finlandia, Francia, Grecia, Ungheria, Irlanda, Islanda, Italia, Kossovo, Lettonia, Lituania, Liechtenstein, Lussemburgo, Macedonia, Malta, Moldavia, Monaco, Montenegro, Norvegia, Paesi Bassi, Polonia, Portogallo, Repubblica Ceca, Romania, Inghilterra, Saint-Marin, Serbia, Slovacchia, Slovenia, Svezia, Svizzera, Turchia, Ucraina.
  • Per i film non francofoni con dialoghi sono d’obbligo i sottotitoli in francese o in inglese.
  • La persona che iscrive il film (produttore, realizzatore, distributore) dichiara di essere in possesso dei diritti filmici, musicali e di tutte le opere incluse nel film. In caso contrario il festival non ne sarà ritenuto responsabile.

Modalità di candidatura: inviare un link internet, che permetta di visionare il film integralmente, all’indirizzo seguente: eric@compagniehumaine.com.

In caso di selezione vi sarà chiesto di inviare una copia del film in formato DCP verificato e sottotitolato + un file ProRes sottotitolato (.mov). Le copie dovranno essere inviate entro il 2 ottobre 2018

Scadenza per invio dei dossier: 4 giugno 2018 a mezzanotte (ora francese). Nessun video sarà accettato dopo questa data limite.

I risultati della selezione verranno comunicati entro il 4 settembre 2018.

Periodo di svolgimento del Festival: da venerdì 12 al venerdì 19 ottobre 2019 (date con riserva di modifiche).

Un Festival c’est trop court! 18ème édition 

La direction du Festival a confié au chorégraphe Éric Oberdorff / Compagnie Humaine une CARTE BLANCHE afin de composer une programmation de FILMS DE DANSE. La Marraine de cette 1ère Carte Blanche sera la chorégraphe Joëlle Bouvier.

Conditions d’admission :

  • Inscription ouverte à tout court-métrage utilisant la danse et le mouvement dans son propos ou comme procédé narratif. Les clips vidéo et les documentaires ne sont pas recevables.
  • Durée : inférieure ou égale à 20 minutes.
  • Inscription ouverte aux courts métrages européens et coproductions européennes issus des pays suivants : Albanie, Allemagne, Andorre, Autriche, Belgique, Biélorussie, BosnieHerzégovine, Bulgarie, Chypre, Croatie, Danemark, Espagne, Estonie, Finlande, France, Grèce, Hongrie, Irlande, Islande, Italie, Kosovo, Lettonie, Lituanie, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macédoine, Malte, Moldavie, Monaco, Monténégro, Norvège, Pays-Bas, Pologne, Portugal, République Tchèque, Roumanie, Royaume-Uni, Saint-Marin, Serbie, Slovaquie, Slovénie, Suède, Suisse, Turquie, Ukraine.
  • Pour les films non francophones avec des dialogues, des sous titres en français ou en anglais sont obligatoires.
  • La personne qui inscrit le film (producteur, réalisateur, distributeur) déclare être en possession des droits filmiques, musicaux et de toutes œuvres incluses dans le film. Dans le cas contraire, le festival ne saurait être tenu pour responsable.

En cas de sélection Il vous sera demandé d’envoyer une copie du film sous format DCP vérifiée et sous-titrée + un fichier ProRes sous titré (.mov)

Les copies seront à envoyer avant le 02/10/2018

Date limite d’envoi des dossiers : le 4 juin 2018 à minuit (heure française). Aucun film ne sera accepté après cette date.

Résultats de la sélection : La sélection sera communiquée au plus tard le 4 septembre 2018

European Short Film Festival of Nice Un Festival c’est trop court! Open Call

The 18th edition of European Short Film Festival of Nice Un Festival c’est trop court! will take place in Nice from October 12th to October 19th 2018.

The Festival Director wished to give to choreographer Eric Oberdorff / Compagnie Humaine a CARTE BLANCHE to program a selection of DANCE FILMS.

Choreographer Joëlle Bouvier will be the patron of this first Carte Blanche.

Submission conditions:

  • open to short films using dance and movement in their purpose or as narrative device. Video clips and documentaries are not admissible.
  • film length must be under 20 minutes
  • open to all european productions and coproductions from countries listed below: Albania, Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Belorussia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldavia, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, the United Kingdom, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine.
  • non French-speaking film must be subtitled in French or English.
  • the person in charge of film submission certifies he/she has all film, musicals and all artistic rights required for the film. Otherwise the festival declines all responsibilities.

Registration:

  • send a link which allows to watch the full movie at : eric@compagniehumaine.com. 
  • Deadline for registration: June 4th 2018 at Midnight (French time table). No films will be accepted after this date.
  • Finale selection will be notified no later than September 4th 2018

If selected:

  • you will be asked to send a verified and subtitled DCP copy + subtitled ProRes file (.mov)
  • films copies must be sent before October 2nd 2018
