Bando per performance per partecipare alla 7° edizione del festival internazionale di danza e teatrodanza Akropoditi DanceFest che si dal 6 al 19 luglio 2019 a Syros, in Grecia.
I candidati devono scaricare e poi compilare il formulario di partecipazione delle loro performance al Festival al seguente indirizzo dancefest@akropoditi.com.
Tutte le compagnie, selezionate e non, riceveranno una risposta entro il 15 marzo 2019.
Ai selezionati il festival offrirà:
• biglietti individuali per il traghetto (Pireo – Syros – Pireo *i voli non sono rimborsati)
• sistemazione a Syros: due notti (una performance), tre notti (due performance)
• Prove nello spazio il giorno precedente lo spettacolo e una o due repliche all’interno del Festival
• Promozione e dotazione tecnica per la performance
• vitto a prezzo ridotto in ristoranti convenzionati (sponsor del Festival)
• cachet a incasso ovvero basato sulla percentuale dei biglietti venduti (il 70%)
La scadenza per le candidature è fissata al 1 febbraio 2019.

7th International Dance and Dancetheatre Festival in Syros
Applicants can download and complete the application form for the participation of their performances at the Festival.
Where: Syros, Greece
When: July 6 – 19, 2019
Deadline for applications: Friday, February 1st 2019
Applicants can download and complete the application form for the participation of their performances at the Festival.
Applications should be sent from 01/12/2018 until 01/02/2019 at dancefest@akropoditi.com
All Companies, selected or not, will receive an electronic response until 15/03/2019.
For the selected Companies the Festival will offer:
• Individual ferry tickets (Piraeus – Syros – Pireaus *air tickets are not covered)
• Accommodation in Syros: two nights (one performance), three nights (two performances)
• Rehearsal at the presentation space one day before the show and one or two performances within the dates of the Festival
• Promotion and technical coverage of the performance
• Discount coupon for specific restaurants (sponsors of the Festival)
• Fee based on percentages of the proceeds of ticket sales (70%)
